How do I make use of my warranty?

Your HAUS of DIETRICH jewelry item is warranted by SKYlink GmbH Ltd for a period of two [2] years from the original date of purchase. Under the terms and conditions, your SKYlink GmbH warranty covers manufacturing defects only. A proof of purchase is required to validate your warranty which can be in the form of a copy of the online order confirmation, purchase receipt, or a copy of a credit card statement.

This warranty is void if the item has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorised service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship, or a valid proof of purchase is not included.

If covered by the warranty your item will be replaced free of charge if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. In case of replacement, SKYlink cannot guarantee that you will receive the same item of jewelry. If a direct replacement is not available an item of equal value will be provided based on the purchase price paid.

This only applies to countries within Europe (excluding Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, UK, Switzerland).

For above mentioned countries within Europe and every country outside of Europe, SKYlink can only provide instore credit for the item amount.

What type of jewelry do you offer?
Our webshop specializes in Italian, hand-made jewelry, including but not limited to rings, bracelets, earrings, and various types of necklaces. All of our jewelry is made out of 925 Sterling Silber refined with a yellow gold or rhodium vermeil for protection. We also have pieces that consist of solid yellow gold. For innovative designs and brilliant details, our pieces are itemized with zirconia stones, freshwater pearls and mother of pearl.

If I purchased the jewelry onboard any airline, do I need to contact the airline directly for warranty claims?

Yes, if the jewelry was purchased onboard any airline, customers are advised to contact the respective airline's customer service for warranty claims or inquiries regarding duty-free purchases made during the flight.


Do you offer customization services for jewelry items?

Currently, we do not offer customization services for jewelry items. However, we continually update our product offerings to provide a diverse selection to our customers.
