HAUS OF DIETRICH Jewellery
Your Haus of Dietrich jewellery item is warranted by SKYlink GmbH Ltd for a period of one  year from the original date of purchase. Under the terms and conditions, your SKYlink GmbH warranty covers manufacturing defects only. A proof of purchase is required to validate your warranty which can be in the form of a copy of the online order confirmation, purchase receipt, or a copy of a credit card statement.
This warranty is void if the item has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorised service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship, or a valid proof of purchase is not included.
If covered by the warranty your item will be repaired free of charge in the first instance and in the event that we cannot repair, will be replaced free of charge if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. In case of replacement, SKYlink cannot guarantee that you will receive the same item of jewellery. If a direct replacement is not available an item of equal value will be provided based on the purchase price paid.

The above warranties and remedies are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, terms of conditions, express, implied or statutory, as to any matter whatsoever, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, satisfactory quality, title, and non-infringement, all of which are expressly disclaimed by SKYlink GmbH.
SKYlink GmbH shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of this product, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or any other theory, even if SKYlink GmbH has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any limited remedy specified herein is deemed to have failed of its essential purpose. Skylink's entire liability shall be limited to replacement or repair or refund of the purchase price paid, at SKYlink’s sole option.
Some countries, states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may be limited in their application to you. When implied warranties may not be excluded in their entirety, they will be limited to the duration of the applicable written warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights, which may vary from country to country. In the UK, nothing in this warranty will affect your statutory rights.
This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, negligence of persons other than authorized SKYlink GmbH sales or service agents, unauthorised service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
